At Stacked Prep Academy, we have partnered with P1 Athlete to train our Student Athletes! Our training programs are designed to provide the structure necessary for continuous growth and improvement.

We understand that the foundation of athletic excellence is built on more than just raw talent. Our comprehensive training programs are meticulously designed and customized to develop speed, agility, and strength in youth athletes, empowering them to reach their full potential on and off the field. 

We use a scientific foundational training program that includes:

  • Dynamic footwork circuits
  • Reactive agility drills
  • Multi-directional movements
  • Deceleration plyometrics

We also incorporate key neuromuscular elements such as:

  • Proprioception
  • Muscle activation
  • Balance
  • Intramuscular coordination

All athletes will train 2 to 3 times a week, depending on age and Physical development.
