Colby Berglund

Founder/CEO

Colby Berglund is a seasoned medical device sales professional with over 13 years of success in the healthcare industry. A former college athlete, Colby earned his degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University, where he developed the foundational skills that have fueled his career and leadership.

Colby’s passion for youth development is rooted in both his professional journey and personal life. As a dedicated father of three and a committed youth sports coach, he brings a unique blend of experience, mentorship, and vision to everything he does. His time volunteering within the public school system opened his eyes to the gaps in traditional education and athletic development, inspiring him to create a better pathway for young student athletes.

This vision became reality with the founding of Stacked Prep Academy—a program designed to prepare students not only for athletic excellence but also for success in life. Colby’s mission is to provide youth with the structure, support, and inspiration they need to chase their dreams, build character, and thrive beyond the classroom and the field.

Kylie Childs

Head of Education

Kylie Childs Head of Education

Kylie Childs is an experienced educator with a passion for helping students succeed. She holds a degree in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University and has spent over a decade working with students in a variety of educational settings. She taught 6th grade in the Alpine School District for seven years and has spent the past five years tutoring K–12 students in math, teaching ACT prep courses, and developing curriculum.

In addition to her classroom experience, Kylie has worked as a curriculum developer for a private school, where she designed a unique and engaging coding curriculum tailored to foster creativity, problem-solving, and real-world application. Her curriculum focused on more than just technical skills—it emphasized innovation and critical thinking, setting it apart as a student-centered program.

As a teacher, Kylie also created specialized entrepreneurial units, including her popular “Shark Tank Unit,” which guided students through the process of building and pitching their own business ideas. By aligning these projects with state standards, she ensured academic rigor while allowing students to explore real-world concepts in an exciting, hands-on way.

Kylie is committed to creating a challenging and supportive learning environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.

Jordan Pendleton

Founder of P1 Athlete

Jordan Pendleton is the founder and owner of P1 Athlete, Utah’s leading sports performance and wellness facility located in Lehi, UT.

A lifelong athlete, Jordan’s sports journey began early as a four-sport standout in football, basketball, baseball, and track. At Bingham High School, he helped lead the football team to its first state championship in 60 years and contributed to a state title in basketball during the same year.

Jordan continued his career at Brigham Young University (BYU), where he was a three-year starter at outside linebacker. During his time at BYU, he was part of the winningest era in program history, contributed to a national No. 13 total defense ranking in 2011, and was named an NSCA All-American.

After suffering a career-ending knee injury his senior year, Jordan shifted his focus to his next passion: training and developing athletes. In 2014, he founded P1 Athlete with the mission to help others maximize their potential and avoid setbacks through proper training and recovery.

Now entering his 11th year in business, Jordan has worked with thousands of athletes across all levels — from youth athletes to professionals — and continues to empower individuals to reach their highest potential through a comprehensive approach to performance, wellness, and recovery.

Heather Berglund

Founder/Trainer

Heather is a former Division I soccer player and certified personal trainer, Heather brings over 7 years of elite coaching experience—and every athlete who trains with her knows she means business

Heather’s not just here to train athletes—she’s here to transform them. Her mission? To build stronger, faster, more explosive athletes who carry confidence into every game, every classroom, and every aspect of life.

As a proud mom of three, Heather knows the real grind—juggling academics, athletics, and life. That’s why she brings more than just drills. She brings mentorship, accountability, and heart
